Trimming ceramics day!!

After throwing a lot.....yes a lot of cups for a big order in progress (will tell you more later).
I started trimming like a mad woman!!

Making about 150 "Rock cups" in espresso and cafe size in 12 different clays....whoeha.
I have thrown twelve kind of clays in two days. From the smooth and softness of porcelain to
heavely grogged brown as chocolate clays....
All trimmings will be reclaimed and recycled to make some more ;)

Solid color samples!!

And at the moment i'm working on color samples for my solid color cup collection.

Natural wood sculptures....

Last weekend we made a lovely walk into the woods.
Still a bit sober and no sun....but we had a lovely day and here are some sculptures
(made by mother nature herself). A close up and details of a tree.

Love the colors brown and copper greens like a bronze patina...
